Geoffrey Hartwell was Senior Partner of BHA Cromwell House Consulting Engineers. He lectures on arbitration, on the FIDIC series of contracts and on technical aspects of legal issues. and also acts regularly as an expert witness (and as joint expert). He also offers a one-day, in-house, interactive course on the role of the technical expert in litigation and in the resolution of disputes. His experience includes Expert Determination as well as acting as Expert appointed by Tribunals or by parties in arbitration and litigation.
